What to expect from the job

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you monitor the recruitment process from the initial contact till the onboarding. You will make an important difference to the growth of our team by guiding people in their application process and giving them a warm welcome. 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • You take responsibility for the entire application process. You contact possible candidates proactively and with a personal approach. You set up an initial screening interview and you guide the candidate through the various application rounds, making sure the candidate has an excellent application experience.  
  • You create a catchy job description, after mapping out the job requirements with colleagues . This is the starting point to find the right candidates. Social media, job boards and job fairs are your areas of work to actively build connections with potential candidates.
  • You organize the entire recruitment cycle to ensure a first-class candidate experience. From the first screening, organizing the different job interviews with colleagues, giving feedback, aligning the salary proposal, till finally helping with the onboarding process.
  • You will focus on engaging highly qualified and experienced candidates by pro-actively building and maintaining strong relationships with possible candidates.
  • You are an important ambassador to convey our passionate team spirit, our values and story. You make sure candidates feel welcome and are informed at every step of the application process.
  • You work closely together with HR and marketing for employer branding.


Your profile

  • You have a first work experience of 2-3 years in an IT technology talent acquisition role or similar role.
  • You are a good listener and you have strong interpersonal skills. Finding the right talent is your talent. 
  • You are familiar with IT technology, data intelligence, security intelligence and/or service intelligence, or you would like to learn all the ins and outs of this interesting industry. 
  • You have excellent organizational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
  • You are a teamplayer, but you can work independently as well. You have an entrepreneurial mindset. 
  • You have obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, or similar.
  • Good knowledge (both oral and written) of Dutch and English is mandatory.
