Job Description

You are the central contact for our customers. You will build and maintain deep relationships with customers. You are a great listener and can detect the security & operation service challenges of our customers. You understand the business goals of the customer, the environment, pain points and maturity. Together with the customer you develop a vision and plan for digital service excellence. The relationship with the customer is extremely important to you. You build and nurture strong customer relationships to develop an overall customer success experience and plan for the customer. You are eager to learn everything about security & service intelligence solutions. You can follow up on all opportunities and keep a good overview with a detailed sales pipeline. You love to work with different teams, follow up on their overall progress and can identify new opportunities at our customers. 


Who you are

You are a customer driven Solution Advisor with excellent customer and market orientation and focus on the relationship with the customer. You have a strategic orientation and ability accompanied by a strong affinity for security & service intelligence. You have demonstrated experience in ensuring customers successfully adopt and realize value in the sector of IT. You are also keen at identifying new opportunities.


Required experience

  • Experience building trusted relationships; 
  • Proven success in sales, account management and business development;
  • Effective communicator but also a good listener, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing;
  • A process-oriented and metrics-driven mindset;
  • Strong and proven record of successfully handling client relationships and technical projects;
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
