UMBRiO and Davinsi Labs join forces as Davinsi Labs: A unified journey begins

Antwerp, 27 June 2023 – UMBRiO and Davinsi Labs, two companies in the Proximus Group, specialized in cybersecurity and intelligence solutions, announce they continue together under the name Davinsi Labs, with 'the art of data-driven decisions’ as their new joint credo.

Together, UMBRiO and Davinsi Labs form a team of over a hundred specialist professionals across Belgium and the Netherlands. Joining forces will further strengthen their position in the Benelux region to become one of the leading players in the field of Digital Service Intelligence solutions. Davinsi Labs will continue to operate under Proximus NXT, the recently announced repositioning of the B2B branch of the Proximus group, and reinforce this new strategic scope.

Integrated approach for data-driven working

This partnership enables Davinsi Labs to deliver a comprehensive and integrated approach to address challenges related to working data-driven, in a world where technology is constantly changing, and digital transformation is essential for businesses. As a Digital Service Intelligence partner, Davinsi Labs helps its customers secure and optimize their data and digital services, enabling them to make correct and data-driven decisions through valuable insights. The services portfolio is based on three complementary solutions to ensure that company data is processed securely and reliably (Security Intelligence); that digital services, technology, and applications work optimally (Operational Intelligence); and that valuable business insights are obtained from the data generated using these services (Digital Business Intelligence).

Utrecht, 27 juni 2023 – UMBRiO en Davinsi Labs, twee bedrijven binnen de Proximus Groep gespecialiseerd in cybersecurity en intelligence-oplossingen, kondigen vandaag aan dat ze samen verdergaan onder de naam Davinsi Labs met als nieuw gezamenlijk credo ‘the art of data-driven decisions’.

Samen vormen UMBRiO en Davinsi Labs een team van meer dan honderd gespecialiseerde professionals, verspreid over België en Nederland. Door de krachten te bundelen wordt de positie in de Benelux verder verstevigd, met als doel uit te groeien tot een van de toonaangevende spelers op het gebied van Digital Service Intelligence oplossingen.

Davinsi Labs zal opereren onder Proximus NXT, de recent aangekondigde herpositionering van de B2B tak van de Proximus groep, en zal deze nieuwe strategische scope versterken.
